Shipping Policy

Ozone Clear aim to ship our generators out as soon possible. Once your payment is received your ozone generator undergoes final test/clearance (48hrs) prior to shipping to you, once shipped you will receive via Australia Post or FedEx.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
